We work with an industry leading team of national design-build contractors, architects, and process flow designers for innovative new developments. Through in-house capabilities and select development partners, we deliver tailored solutions to cold users in our target markets. In Build-To-Suit developments, we are willing to capitalize all or material portions of the cold storage and food improvements in a project, setting ourselves apart from other developers. We aim to help revitalize the aging national cold storage base through some of our development projects.
